Shipping Policy

1. Production & Shipping Preparation Time

PAPER ME notebooks are made to order. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production and preparation after your order has been confirmed.
The exact preparation time may vary depending on order volume and production conditions.

Once your order is ready, shipping will begin. Delivery itself typically takes an additional 1–3 business days within Korea and 3–5 business days to Jeju Island.

International orders are shipped together every Friday. Orders completed in time will be dispatched on the nearest available Friday.

2. Shipping Areas & Methods

Domestic Shipping
Orders within Korea are shipped via Korea Post.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Korea Post K-Packet. Available destination countries can be confirmed at checkout.

Any customs duties, VAT, or other import-related charges incurred for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery may be delayed or returned depending on the customs regulations of the destination country.

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. The customer is responsible for any misdelivery or return caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

3. Shipping Fees

Standard Areas in Korea
KRW 4,000
Free shipping on orders of KRW 40,000 or more

Jeju Island
KRW 4,500
Free shipping on orders of KRW 45,000 or more

Remote and Island Areas, including Ulleungdo
Additional shipping charges are not calculated automatically at checkout.

After your order is placed, we will contact you separately to inform you of any additional shipping fee. Your order will be shipped once the additional payment has been confirmed.

If you do not wish to pay the additional shipping fee, you may cancel your order for a full refund.

International Shipping
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and shipment weight.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you can track its delivery status using the tracking number provided.

Shipping notifications will be sent to the contact information entered with your order.

5. Shipping Delays & Inquiries

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you individually.
